Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process in the dedicated “Shipping Details” field.

All purchases will be delivered by GLS express courier (hereinafter, the “Courier”).

Rigoni di Asiago is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or delays not attributable to it.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer may view the status of the shipment in the "ORDER DETAILS-SHIPPING METHOD" section of their ACCOUNT.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, the ordered Products will be delivered within 5 (five) working days starting from the day after Rigoni di Asiago has confirmed the order to the Customer by means of a specific order confirmation email.

Active delivery services (GLS)

The service includes two delivery attempts to the address provided at the time of order. After each attempt, a notification email will be sent. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held in storage and the Customer will be contacted by Rigoni di Asiago to arrange delivery. If the recipient cannot be reached or is absent, the goods will be returned to the warehouse.

Shipping fee

Shipping fees vary according to the weight of the order:

For orders over €79.00 shipping is free.
